LINSEED was established in Shanghai. In the context of post-globalization, with its continuous experimental and proactive exhibitions and projects, LINSEED focuses on the practice and future development of both Chinese and overseas emerging artists. While promoting the new generation of forward-looking artists with great potential and creativities, the projects also run their exhibitions in exploratory approaches, allocating different architectural spaces, and cities, embracing a more flexible and open way. As the works are placed in interaction with various places, spaces and environments, it attempts to break through the limitations of fixed institutional exhibition venues and forms, constantly venturing on journeys, showing new exhibition presentations and experiences. In collaboration with partners from various fields and professions, LINSEED addresses and explores the possibilities and participation of contemporary art in the current society.
